Under the ‘GAP’ initiative, we launched the Employability Skills Assessment (ESA) module in 2018, suitable for final & pre-final year students. This is the behavioural assessment of the participants. The assessment parameters were decided after a detailed discussion and an extensive survey of more than 110 industries. After the evaluation, a detailed report is submitted to the college, and a follow-up session is conducted. This assessment will help the participants to appear confident in the recruitment process. This assessment also focuses on the strengths and weaknesses of an individual and suggests corrective actions, if required. The specially designed follow-up session helps in setting targets for success!
